1. How much is membership and when will I be charged?

A monthly membership is $17.90 per month ($14.95 per month plus $2.95 shipping and handling), and an annual membership is a one time payment of $195.30 ($159.90 plus $35.40 shipping and handling). Please note a 7.25% sales tax will apply to orders shipping to California.

Your credit card will be charged upon completing the sign-up process. If you have a monthly membership, your credit card will be automatically charged between the 10th and 15th of each month, however the date may change in the future. Annual memberships are automatically renewed every year, once you have been shipped your 12 monthly volumes. You will receive 2 reminders via email alerting you to the pending renewal of your annual subscription, so be sure to keep your email address current!


2. When will I get my DVD?

Your DVD will arrive around the latter half of each month, via the United States Postal Service's first class mail service.


3. Where is my DVD? Shouldn't I have received it by now?

There could be numerous reasons contributing to the delayed arrival of your DVD. Please call 1-866-456-9333 or e-mail customerservice@ironweedfilms.com and we'll give you an update.


4. Do you ship internationally?

We do not offer international shipping, due to distribution rights and other logistical issues. If we can internationally in the future, we'll let you know through our newsletter.

Please note that we do offer shipping to Puerto Rico and Canada at the same rate as continental US shipping.


5. Can I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your monthly subscription by e-mailing customerservice@ironweedfilms.com or by calling 1-866-456-9333 (M-F, between 9:00am and 5:00pm, PST).

Annual memberships are not able to be cancelled but may be converted to gift subscriptions. You do have the opportunity to elect to not renew your annual membership once you have received your 12 monthly volumes. You will receive 2 email reminders alerting you to the upcoming renewal, therefore it is important to keep your email address current.


6. Is my information safe with Ironweed?

We have a secure server and all of your information is transmitted directly to us. We do not sell or share anything you submit.


7. How do you choose the films?

Think of Ironweed as a monthly progressive film festival on DVD. Our films have won major awards at festivals ranging from Sundance to Berlin. You won't find these films together anywhere else. We look everywhere and work hard to produce a DVD we think you'll love.

Many of our suggestions for films come from our Ironweed members. We NEED your opinions to make sure Ironweed is serving you. We want to know what you think!


8. How does Ironweed support independent filmmakers?

We pay them! This is a somewhat radical concept in independent film distribution. By the time most distributors get through with their calculations, filmmakers typically get shafted. We also get important films and filmmakers in front of you, our subscribers, and ask you to be ambassadors to promote the films. Early buzz is what makes films successful, and you're a critical part of making Ironweed films available to the world.


9. What if I miss a month? Can I complete my collection later?

Some of our past volumes are available to purchase. To find out which ones are available, click on the "Our Films" link near the top of the page, and then follow the links to the "Purchase Back Issues" page. Or, go to this URL: http://www.ironweedfilms.com/past-films


10. Can I upgrade my membership from a monthly to an annual subscription?

Of course! Please contact us by e-mailing customerservice@ironweedfilms.com or by calling 1-866-456-9333 (M-F, between 9:00am and 5:00pm, PST) and we'll get you setup.


11. How can my organization become an affiliate?

We work with leading organizations, websites and publishers to help spread Ironweed. If you're interested in partnering with us, go to our affiliates section.


12. How do I submit a film to Ironweed?

We're always looking for films and suggestions of amazing, high-quality films that will be of interest to our members.

13. Why do you mail DVD's? Can't you do this electronically?

We're looking into online delivery of films, and we hope to distribute our films electronically in the future. One reason we support digital delivery is that it saves fuel and packaging. In the meantime, we use recycled materials whenever possible, and constantly work to improve our environmental consciousness. If you have ideas about how we can do better, drop us a line at customer service.


14. How do I purchase a gift subscription?

In order to purchase a gift subscription, you need to visit this URL: https://www.ironweedfilms.com/subscription/gift and follow the steps on the screen. You will need to enter your email address and create a password if you are not an Ironweed Films community member, but if you do have an Ironweed username and password you will need to log into your account to proceed. 15. Why am I getting an error message when I try to purchase another gift subscription?

To help prevent fraud and accidental multiple purchases, we have limited you to only one purchase within a 15-minute time frame. After 15 minutes have lapsed from your last purchase, you’ll be able to make another purchase. If you are still experiencing problems, please contact us at customerservice@ironweedfilms.com
